Job-site updates only

If you choose to enroll after text messaging becomes available, Pinnacle Flooring Arizona will send SMS about your flooring job: site scheduling, crew arrival, site access coordination, work progress and related service communications. No promotional messages will be sent under this program.

Your choice

Enrollment is optional and is not required to receive service. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Enrollment requires your separate written consent. You can continue to communicate by phone or email.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your job’s activity and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once the program is enabled, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also call (480) 535-7000 for assistance. This number currently accepts calls only; do not text STOP or HELP before SMS activation.

Privacy

Review the draft Privacy Policy for proposed handling of contact information and SMS consent. That policy needs the owner’s factual review before publication.

Availability

SMS delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Use a phone call for time-sensitive job-site coordination.
